Rare pair of lounge chairs designed by Lawrence Peabody for Richardson Nemschoff, 1960's. Solid oak "horseshoe" frames with wicker seat, loose cushions newly re done in a deep navy velvet.
Wicker has been lightly restored and re-colored. There are a few typical minor breaks, mostly unseen and nothing impacting stability. Fabric and foam are new. Frames show minimal wear consistent with age and use. Evidence of previous repair/glue to one joint on underside, bot chairs are structurally solid and sturdy.
