Lightolier Lytegem Vintage Mid Century Modern Black Ball Eyeball Desk Table Lamp MCM. This is a very rare chrome Lightolier lamp. It has a wood top and black ball shade. It is in full working condition as can be seen in the photo. There are some signs of aging and imperfections but no major scratches, dents, or chips.
