This is a classic Milo Baughman Sofa made by Thayer Coggin in the early 1970's. This is a Rare and very hard to find version with the Chrome Trim on the sides... Signed with original paper Labels... There are two Labels, the long one explaining everything and the harder to find beautiful one! The fabric is in excellent, and yes, remarkable original condition.

Couch sits low to the ground as intended. Measures 100" wide 23" deep and 36 high. We sell everything bought from estates directly to you. We do not restore anything. We reiterate that each item we sell is used, and by definition has various blemishes.

Most items have the dust of age and could use a cleaning. We will use a Private Blanket Wrap Shipper. We also use Plycon Van Lines, Uship, or the shipper of your choice.
