Vintage Mid Century Bassett Artisan Surfboard Coffee Table

For sale is a Vintage Mid Century Bassett Artisan "Surfboard Style" Coffee Table. This is a classic danish modern design in the style of famous mid century designer Grete Jalk.

The table is in good condition but does have some slight damage and wear from age and use. The end of the coffee table have some small chips to the edges. The top of the coffee table shows wear and discoloration from use (see pictures). One of the spindles is missing, but could easily be remade and replaced.

Three of the four wooden braces that stabilize the legs are missing so the table is wobbly, but this could also be repaired. The coffee table is marked on the bottom (the Bassett furniture mark is very faint but it's there) and measures 54" Long, 20" Wide, and 15.5 Tall.
