Good condition black leather strip and chrome chair. I'm unsure if it's all real leather. The back rest swivels as shown. It has obvious signs of wear on the black coating on the arms and on the seat as shown in the 4th, 5th, and 6th pictures. The swivel back has much less wear in the 8th and 9th pictures.

It's 25.5 inches wide across the front, 25.5 inches long from front to back and about 30.5 inches at its tallest. It weighs about 22 pounds.
