Vintage Mid-Century Starburst Wall Clock Retro Sunburst Atomic 1950's-60's. This is an original metal wall clock, it was manufactured in Germany. GREAT design with multiple brass tone steel rods, in fan like sections of welded rods welded to a central ring that supports the clock. This has been modified to run on a brand new AA battery mechanism accurate-no winding the original 8 day mechanism was loud, and no longer reliable. Convex glass clock face on metal gold tone ring it is 7 ½ across. It is 25 ¼ across x 3 ½ deep and weighs 4 ¾ lbs. Great vintage condition- working, no bending or dents, appropriate wear and oxidation on the metal. Light spotting to the brass finish.
